MyPhysio & Rehab experience working with Cork City FC, Underage and Senior International Football Teams has allowed him to develop expertise in the area of rehabilitation. Working through a series of progressive exercises combined with hands-on treatment with advice will enable you to return to your chosen sport or hobby.
To make life easier, all exercises prescribed by your Chartered Physiotherapist will be sent to you by email containing a video link for your viewing. You can view the videos as often as you wish enabling you to complete your exercises stress-free.
